Short sentences

There are many ways to build on student's vocabulary. For example, here are a few short sentences and 8 words where students are able to match and see if the sentence makes sense. For some sentences words can match more than one time.

As students start to develop their vocabulary and reading skills they will be able to do poems instead of sentences. Matching words into the correct spot and seeing if it makes sense can help many students. Once a student reads it to themselves they can determine whether it makes sense or not.
